Andrea Bond currently serves as a paralegal at TD&P Consulting, Inc. Ms. Bond supports subject matter experts and counsel by assisting with case analysis and strategy, as well as the research and development of expert disclosure reports. She also offers litigation support by collaborating in the preparation of expert witness deposition, arbitration, and trial testimony.
Prior to joining TD&P, Ms. Bond provided legal support in various capacities during her career. She has extensive experience in case management, compliance coordination, contract interpretation, case strategy and representation, drafting legal documents and settlements, discovery processes, as well as litigation support for depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials.
Ms. Bond has experience providing legal services in multiple states, and she has served as legal support to other national organizations. She has also operated as the facilitator for arbitration councils, conducted staff training in areas such as workers’ compensation defense and contract representation. Ms. Bond further served as a liaison between legal counsel, executive directors, and executive board members.
As an active participant in paralegal associations, Ms. Bond organized, supervised and hosted continuing education seminars, fundraisers and social events for her local communities. She also served on the legal staff committee to a national organization.
Ms. Bond attended Valdosta State University in her native state, Georgia. She has since continued her education to broaden her knowledge-base and develop her career and skills as a paralegal. She has taken courses such as biology, chemistry, psychology, writing and research courses, followed by criminal justice courses while gaining invaluable real-world experience in many diverse industries.
